Trainer was very good as he made the whole session very interactive. Was very knowledgeable and has enabled me to get the skills that I require to improve my dealing with individuals.

Water coffee ran out. 2, The training is a long day, since you no longer provided snacks, can you give £5 vouchers to all participants at end of the training to get food at end of training?
