It was all good.

I think we needed more practice on the babies and using the defibrillator Paul was very engaging and managed the class well Nice having free tea in china mug

We were in basement of the hotel And we need booklet so we can refer of something is not clear

It's a training I will recommend for healthcare professionals.

The training appeared to be a whistle stop tour, but appreciate that there were lots of topics to be covered in one day. Lots of late arrivals of other candidates also disrupted the course specifically in the afternoon.

Certificate as standard would be helpful
