He was the best training since three years about becoming there for training here.

I completed the training modules and passed all the tests. The content was well structured, fascinating and very relevant to my profession, especially in relation to clinical safety, emergency response and legal and ethical responsibilities. The modules reinforced critical principles, including risk assessment, de-escalation strategies, restraint protocols, ABCDE assessments, NEWS scoring, CPR and DNAR protocols. I found the content helpful and would extremely recommend this group over a million times I am happy with the training since it has improved my skills in emergency response and capacity to give safe, person-centred care.

Really interesting, lots of real-life situations were told by Sue, there were exercises and also time to share experiences with other attendees, which supported overall learning and understanding.
