This was actually a surprisingly engaging and interesting day! I've done lots of different similar training, but the trainer today was particularly engage it and made it much more interesting than previous trainings.

Overall the trainer was very interactive. The venue was nice but they did not refill coffee, tea, and hot water for the full day. Other than this, everything was great
