I completed the Care Certificate Training Course (Skills for Care Endorsed) today at Health and Safety Group, and it was an excellent learning experience. The course was very well structured, informative, and clearly focused on the real responsibilities involved in care work. A special appreciation goes to the trainer, Nathan, who explained every topic clearly and in depth. His use of practical demonstrations made the learning much more engaging and helped me fully understand not just what our duties are, but why they are so important. He ensured everyone understood how to handle situations correctly, how to provide safe and compassionate care, and how to maintain professional standards at all times. The training really highlighted the importance of duty of care, safeguarding, and correct handling techniques, which has increased my confidence and awareness as a care professional. I highly recommend this course and Health and Safety Group to anyone working in health and social care.

I was impressed all went so well the trainer was very good and patient with everyone and he also demonstrated using the equipment and videos even using his body on the floor to demonstrate for us to see and understand he did so well .We the team also comported our selfs despite we were not from the same family but we all did well and got new ideas and new things I was very happy and thanks goes to the managers who organised this for us.
