Little snacks should been provided not coffee and tea.
Course was very clear and informative, trainers were very thorough. But venue is not suitable as all staff traveled from York which was difficult. Staff are requesting for a training center in York where they have majority of staff.
The training was highly informative and engaging full of practical examples. Nathan demonstrated competence and delivery skills of an excellent Trainer.
