Trainer has a vast knowledge of the subject and was very helpful and supportive Thanks.

The trainer used live examples which was really helpful loved it

Most of the training was not fully relevant for my profession (Biomedical science) as I work in lab and not directly with patients but some aspects are good to have knowledge of.

It felt that the day could have been shorter. Slides outdated. A bit repetitive. Helen was fantastic.

Great troubleshooting learning with hoist. Never had that before. Very interactive, not death by PowerPoint. Good informative afternoon

Training was very important , Trainer was excellent.
