Trainer was very good as he made the whole session very interactive. Was very knowledgeable and has enabled me to get the skills that I require to improve my dealing with individuals.

Training relevant to practice. Trainer good. Thanks for providing tea, coffee and water. Suggestions participants were large groups. Water coffee ran out. 2, The training is a long day, since you no longer provided snacks, can you give £5 vouchers to all participants at end of the training to get food at end of training?
