It was clear Joseph is very knowledgable in all of the topics covered. He had an approach that was interactive and he made it interesting to learn, with appropriate humour. Very interesting day and would highly recommend.

Amazing course, the trainer was really helpful and experienced, he covered all parts thoroughly. We had small groups to practice on manikins with loads of supplies. I would highly recommend this course.
