Always a full useful day. Went over areas I already knew, but useful reminder. Did learn quite a few new things which is always good. The only thing is, we used to get course books, then we got paper handouts to take away with us as a reminder, but today there was no handouts to read later. Still found it very useful.

Excellent training, we were all encouraged to participate in discussions. I really enjoyed all the sessions.
