The course was interesting, but the trainer was rude arrongant and too loud. He calls people he likes by their names and does not care about the rest of the group?

Trainer very rude and abrupt. Poor welcome and manners. Very disrespectful to many of us. Very poor trainer in terms of people skills.

Trainer is rude and abrupt. Not a people person. He is arrogant, not friendly not dressed well, so very casual as if going to a corner shop. He shouldn't be a trainer. The venue should provide more hot water when the one in the flast finishes. The trainer prefers the people he wishes to call by their name and it was only one person that looked and speaks like him that he calls by his name when the person wants to answer questions and you know what that means. Not a nice day and experience!
