Everything went very well apart from that some content of the training had absolutely nothing to do with my job. All the same it was very interesting and it’s all because we were such a mixed group.

Kevin was excellent his style of teaching was seamless. Kevin’s knowledge was current his working examples though provoking and relevant . Seven years with healthy business best day yet. Highly recommend Kevin as a trainer.

(1) The venue was small for the participants (2) need manuals to back up our knowledge to refer and revise and reflect on practice. Copies should be available for purchase for those who need them. There was new staff and need to revise content at my own pace. Payment for books can be included in the training fees
