Becky was exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and room for the training was much improved from the last hotel, actually had working Aircon and good coffee facilities, but with no toilet on the same floor was a bit of a let down.
It was very interactive, detailed and engaging.
Enjoyed the training its relevant to my work
A good course. Would have been nice to have refreshments refreshed for the afternoon session. Advanced notice of parking would have been helpful as I paid to park next door then found out it could have been free.
