The trainer was great, made sure he engaged with all of us he had patience and made sure we were comfortable in the Environment. He explained all elements very well with the use of videos, slide show and physical equipment, we all had fun together thanks to his skills and intro and questioning system well done Steve looking forward to this next year!

Venue was cold. Only had one round of hot drinks all day. Those that joined in the afternoon did not get hot drinks. Can do better.
