Enjoyed the training and gained some skills

Steve was very great and explained very.He also made sure we understood before moving to another subject.Steve also gave us room to ask questions and was always specific with his answer.

Original trainer didn’t turn up replacement was amazing

the trainer was very good, encouraged participation but this was not forthcoming from some people. due to the quality of the trainer the course momentum was maintained and those willing to participate were given every opportunity. engagement was encouraged throughout and I cannot fault the trainer.

The training was very knowledgeable to me to show awareness and understanding when I do bank shifts on care. The whole course was a lot to process, but manageable.
