The content is invaluable and our lead trainer Rachel provided some really useful insights into how to deliver the training in an effective and engaging way. The balance of slides, videos, co-trainer inclusion and group tasks kept the session moving well despite some technical difficulties in the beginning. Worthwhile and important training for sure.
