Of all the mandatory training I have attended this was very informative, interactive and extremely relevant. It was such a pleasure and very important.

Generally all topics covered were very stimulating and enjoyable.

Natalie is a lovely person but didn't really control all the talking that went way off the course. Felt it was all a little bit of a waste of time.

Course content good but a lot of what is on the PowerPoint is not included and practical aspects are hard with 1 instructor

Gaynor was lovely, very engaging and kind. But feel every topic was rushed and not had time to do more interactions. I did help out with my experience however. Especially on cpr. Enjoyed that.

The online training is not good at all need to improve in the writing
