Venue cold, had hot drinks in the morning only, nothing else not even snacks

Excellent presentation and trainer knowledgeable and lead sessions well. However, not many manikins for size of group, therefore limited practice possible. Mouth to mouth resuscitation still not in use after COVID? Also, hoist not working so unable to use. Venue quite small for number of people in afternoon.

Venue not enough heating and was cold inside the room. Warm drinks only provided in the morning and was not replenish for the afternoon session.

Overall a very productive and interactive Course. Louise was very engaging and although she had her rules and expectations and didn’t allow people to talk too much ( which I liked) she was an amazing lecturer. Lighting in the room was poor, needs new lightbulbs put in.

Everything is perfect 👌 👍 both the trainers are very good
