I would like to say a big thank you to the trainer Karen. She was very informative, interesting and very relatable. She used her real life experiences to enhance the learning experience. Not only that I would like to say a huge thank you to Karen for ensuring that as a self paying candidate I received value for money. Karen manged the class brilliantly. Frustratingly I have experienced teaching sessions where time wasters constantly using their phones has led to disurption in the learning environment. Karen was fair but firm and made sure that candidates using their phones, returning late back from breaks talking over teaching etc.... would not be tolerated . By setting out these expectations from the beginning the whole class were given an excellent learning environment. I wish there were more teachers/instructions who clearly know how to manage people efficiently and effectively. Excellent experience thank you.
