Should be more coffee tea biscuits sandwich. More breaks
The trainer was jovial throughout the course but also firm on discipline. All elements of the training was finished off with the practical element to cement the learning. Overall a good course
Overall a good way to update. Would have liked more tea and coffee facilities.

Poor communication from the company but the trainer was very good
The trainer was fabulous but poor communication from Breakaway was poor, course should have started at 9am and trainer stipulated he was handed the course yesterday and he was told 12pm start and never 9am. I sat in hotel for course from 9am as stated for the course time.
Overall a good course and well taught. However it would have been useful to have been told about the change in time in advance given it was known yesterday that the trainer would not be able to make it and an alternative trainer would be needed who could not be here until 12
