Really good trainer he has good knowledge on the content.

Great training. Very practical and helpful

Poor overall. Started late. Equipment not delivered until lunch time. Trainer just read from the slides. Too many anecdotal stories not relevant. Poor understanding of the slides - had to look up case law examples

It was good to learn some new updates. Unfortunately handouts weren't available as the hotel list them. In any case the handouts were easy follow . Very good course as always
