The training was effective. Both trainers( Paul and John) were excellent in teaching the fundamentals both in theory and practicals.

Paul and John are both patient teachers, encouraging participation and making sure students are safe without injuries

The training was good and up to date but and the trainer was clear and engaging but the venue was cold and the hot water for a hot drink finished but wasn't filled in/ replenished
