Better refreshments would have been better, the place is like a maze.

Trainer was excellent well Explained and videos were all good the practical CRP was very good. My opinion tea needs to be refilled if its all day. Breaks were excellent.

I am very happy with the overall teaching methods, videos, examples, and illustrations used during the learning, the trainer is knowledgeable in the field she showed us detailed materials and allowed independent practices and group activities with room for questions. She answered every question meticulously and clearly. Thank you, I can now be proud of being a professional Health Care Worker for what I have learned.
