Great teaching techniques and communication throughout the duration of training
Jo, was marvellous, at the venue who help me at the beginning. Very polite. The course was late but marvellous.
Trainer did not demonstrate all practical aspects of the course. Despite being extremely knowledgeable the trainer failed to demonstrate the BLS algorithm/ process but did explain in depth the scientific effect of reduced oxygen to the cells in the heart.
I have learned so many things. So quite happy with the training.
