Too much content for a one day course. The venue was warm, clean and welcoming but coffee was only available during the morning and there was no mention of there not being proper food available, I brought up this issue several years ago, this really should be mentioned in the email confirmation of the course placement, I was prepared but many other participants weren't. The trainer lady mentioned that we needed to order food from Holiday Inn before 11am, but she didn't mention this until about midday.

The training was effective. Both trainers( Paul and John) were excellent in teaching the fundamentals both in theory and practicals.
