Great course, kindly consider sitting arrangement, guests were too close to each other in morning. Note how people naturally spread themselves out in the afternoon. You move you bumb into the guest.
I have learned a lot in this training session today because this is my first time doing this training. It was very much informative. I enjoyed a lot practicing on dummies.
