Very practical and informative

The trainer was excellent The course is flawed as not suitable for doctors. I am a Consultant Psychiatrist and the course was way off in terms of relevance Most attendees seemed to be care assistants There was another doctor there who agreed with me fully This course of mandatory training needs to be done separately for doctors if it is to be of any practical use

Stephen was an enthusiastic trainer who was keen to find out about the group so he could pitch his training at the correct level. He encouraged participation at all times. His teaching was interactive and lively which kept my attention Thank you
