The trainer is a bit abrupt and needs to tone down his language as he sounds a bit harsh . He emphasised too much of his medical background rather than teaching from a teaching point of view.

I found the instructor skipped sessions and didn't really have thd knowledge on the subjects taught. People were arriving very late and allowed to enter disturbing the class.

Trainer did speak too much about his background and his own experience which is not healthcare related. He appeared to lose his train of thought several times. When speaking to us he read just of the slides. I didn’t feel confident the trainer knew the content as well as some of the delegates. Tone when speaking was sometimes sharp and was verge on rude. 1 person was late and they said that she had been in the building and then couldn’t find the room and trainer said - couldn’t find it with the arrows pointing out the way - sounded rude and the person clearly uncomfortable and already appeared to be under stress and worried about lateness. The trainer through the day was abrupt with people more than a few times , I don’t think he intended this but he was just his own biggest fan and no1 was as clever and this is his personality.

Not really sure that I’ve learnt anything more than I already knew. Not what I was expecting.
