Trainer was quite knowledgeable and practical. I enjoyed every aspect of the training.
For the amount we paid for this course, they’re could’ve been more provided - at the very least snacks and water in the class.
Good practice
The training was clear, practical, and informative. It helped me understand how to deliver safe, person-centred and improved my confidence in key areas like, safeguarding, communication, and Manual Handling
The trainer has all round knowledge but I didn't get to try hands on the hoist.
