Jo was brilliant, I had a lot of answers today and good suggestions of how to use equipment i wouldn't normally do, very approachable and l had a very good day

I have both clinical and emergency background, Howver I immensely appreciated her, very welcoming nature, knowledge and the level of invite for the participants to interact and engage. Truly the one of the top best trainers, for courses like this. I am certain that I will book courses of hers again! Thank you !
