I thoroughly enjoyed the training today. Amy was excellent with her delivery, her honesty and lived experienced added a wonderful dynamic to the training which maintained my interest and concentration. The pacing worked well and I felt enough time was offered to break between information.

This was my first time with a trainer that I felt really wanted us to win. His teaching style was basic when needed to, transparent all the way, and extremely effective and explainable. I’ll give him a six star, but I only see five😉😉
