Trainer was extremely rude to an attendant of the course saying if he can't understand her poor English she shouldn't be on the course, no one else had trouble understanding her and he made all of these comments loudly and in front of the rest of the group. Very unimpressed with his attitude and general personality with the whole group.

The session was good and engaging. There was a good opportunity for discussion and learning from other's experiences and points of view to add more value. There was also good equipment available to practice on.
