Very good course when learning the skills to breakaway went through things clearly and slowly. Gil also spoke about de-escalation which is very important.

whole course was engaging and easy to understand. mikey was prepared to answer any questions and read the slideshow. natasha was enhancing and knowledgeable. ityai was clearly spoken and presented the slideshow very well and engaging
