Since this is my first time doing the trainning, got to learn a lot about rules & regulations, as well as practical life saving skills. Mrs. Smith is really good at teaching & explaining staffs. Very friendly & helpful. The venue was nice; comfortable temparature. However, the chairs are really uncomfortable to sit in for a whole day. Would appreciate if I'd get a little bit comfy the next time. Also, would have been helpful if there was charging ports. Definately recommend friends & colleagues. Thank you.
