In my opinion, since the refresher course, the trainer tended to over-elaborate on certain topics and models, which caused us to run out of time. As a result, the practical aspects—which were the most important part of the course—were not properly practiced. Thank you.

succinct and relevant. Handouts in the form of booklet was impressive. No need to write because the handbook has everything. Well done to the team who wrote and designed it. Bravo 🙌

The instructor was very knowledgeable and taught the course in great depth, which was the highlight for me. One part that especially stood out was during the fire session, when he explained how many chemicals are present in a cigarette and how many more are released in the smoke when it burns.
