She was very professional about delivering the course

Our instructor today was very informative & engaging. He made the session fun while also stressing the importance of care training, and easily encouraged all members to participate. He helped everyone feel open to learning from him and clearly cares about his job very dearly. The venue was also very neat, welcoming and comfortable and was an easy environment to learn in.

Was a great day. Learnt a lot. Practised skills as well.
