The training was well organised and interactive, and there were opportunities to ask questions and practise the techniques. I feel that I have gained a better understanding of how to respond quickly and appropriately in a life-threatening situation. Overall, it was an excellent training session and I would recommend it to others. Thank you to the trainer for making the session engaging and practical
Good presentation, however, some of the topics were rushed up due to time.
I just wish the course could end much earlier than 5,30 as a lot of us travel from very far for this course.
