The course was relevant educative and pedantic. Welldone To the facilitator.

The hot water supplied by the dining lady was dirty with particles in it . Please could we be having decaf tea or coffee/ hot chocolate for those who do take tea or coffee. I need accessible version of my certificate because this one sent now is not opening
