Benjamin was extremely engaging in both BLS and M & H. Some good and helpful information which I found very informative and delivered with a lot of enthusiasm. For the first time I wasn't watching the clock. Very enjoyable.

Very good course. Some slides need updating regarding theory eg autism to autistic spectrum conditions and showing how conditions look on people of African ancestry etc. Would such individuals turn blue or purple if they can not breathe. Need a relevant photo. Also mention bullying and racism as triggers for incidents ans it does happen. Also small group discussion rather than just big group. Learnt a lot and good. Good course.
