Very good, clear concise teaching. Venue was good
It was educative and interesting.
Nathan needs to focus on course agenda. Too much repetition; too much personal information; too much unnecessary acting and running around. Exhausting to watch. I will most definitely be returning to Westminster next year where Michael was an excellent focused trainer and completed the course in 6 hours (Nathan still had not finished after 8 hours- very disappointing).
Trainer had issues with slides on the laptop,No water to drink through out the day,Hot drink only saved once in the morning,Lots of training has been taken out of type COSHH FOOD HYGIENE MEDICATIONS which is very Important part on our training. The course wasn’t worth for the Price.
I enjoyed the training and was well understood.
Small room with no windows and too many people only a break in morning and lunch so sitting for too long in afternoon
A situation arose where he targeted a colleague in the group arguing and the level of English in front of the wholes class. It was very unprofessional and the group had to intervene and stop the situation.
Controversial teaching when he told the class not to stop people from self-harming. I raised this with him in discussions and he defended his viewpoint which was very opinionated and he added that alternative coping mechanisms are a waste of time and don't work. Absolutely shocking to be teaching that. Quite ironic as he had just been teaching about person centred care then comes out with that rubbish.
