The course instructor was good she delivered all that was required

Excellent training environment ,training flexibility, and comprehensible.

I really enjoyed this course and the trainer Martyn is a very good trainer. He has got knowledge of his course. He made everyone of us engaged in all the topics. He was giving good examples of what happened to work places if proper procedures are not done properly. I highly recommend him for my next year training. Although the room was very hot and no air conditioning we all learnt and get involved in practical training. It was also noisy because of the parade of PRIDE. Next year l won't book my training course of Mandatory training on Saturday.

The trainer was so good ,understanding and caring all the practicals were Okey he took us step by step and making sure we understand what he was training us 1 word is he's the right person for that job

I am glad l came, because l learned new things.It was worth it.

Annie was brilliant, there was no messing with some candidates using their phones and also a couple of candidates definitely shouldn’t have been on the course, they couldn’t speak any English and they were very inappropriate in their responses but Annie recognised that and asked them to leave. Excellent way to make sure the right staff look after patients in the future. I’d like to only be trained by her in the future.
