Poor disability access to training room
Overall the trainer did her best with the cohort of people attending the training. A fair few steered the the discussions of topic alot. Also we was not informed that the training start time had been changed meaning i and others was at the venue an hour early and waiting around. The room was in the basement with no windows so for a full day's training isn't ideal, and noise from what I assume was a kitchen area playing music which for me caused distraction and made it hard to focus on the trainer.
Karen is a great trainer and kept my interest.
Really positive two day training learning new techniques and having opportunity to discuss issues and find solutions.
Music playing from next door was distracting
The venue was OK. But there was no parking. I had to park in the car park across the road from the hotel and it was very expensive for a day. (£13). I am disabled to so I found it to be a lot of walking be I even started the day.
