I thoroughly enjoyed training today with Jo I learnt a lot from the session and left the session knowing a lot more than I did before I came
All good but venue has never temperature control. It was warm and only 1 small fan. Previous experience in winter always cold. Edgbaston venue is better.

It was really educating, i feel ready.
It was half day but I learnt a lot and I’m grateful for the practical demonstrations on moving and handling I’m now confident to use one
