Trainer Tamara delivered the session exceptionally well. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject matter and communicated information clearly and effectively. Her approach was engaging, supportive, and inclusive, which made the training both informative and enjoyable. I paid fora hard copy of my certificate to be 1st class mail and was told at the course we had to download it. I have paid and would like the hard copy. Biscuits would have been nice with the tea and coffe

the trainer was really good and friendly, I learned many things, Hospitality wasn’t bad but there was no biscuits with coffee and tea.
