This training is must for all support workers and carers, and I’m glad I had the training with health and safety group. The trainers teaches so well with passion and they covered everything they were suppose to cover. Kudos to Trainer John and peace , they are good trainers and they worked together so well .

I learn something new every year

The trainer was excellent in demonstrating the practical elements of the session. I was comfortable enough to ask her any questions during each of the practical sessions, and she was willing to give honest feedback and advised me on how to improve. She thoroughly explained every subject and gave real-life examples.
