Really good Karen clearly knows her stuff and teaches very well.. her background goes a long way x

The trainer demonstrated good knowledge and skills and the group interaction was good. However he did not always look at the participants and was at times reading from a screen to his side. He also seemed to be unaware that at times the slides could not be seen or were too small. Im sure this can be improved with some practice.
