The training was very productive and engaging. I learned important techniques for safe moving and handling, effective CPR procedures, and how to respond correctly in case of a fire. The trainer explained everything clearly and gave us the opportunity to practise, which helped me build confidence. Overall, it was a valuable and positive learning experience that will improve my performance at work.

Very good day. Tamara was very interactive and made the session interesting. (Unfortunately hoist was not charging and therefore unable to use/practice)

The hoist was not changed so we only used the sling to practice.
