Really good training. Generic materials related a lot to manual handling of older people and we needed to think about how to relate this to our pupils which we could do.

Venue good. Not all practical elements demonstrated by trainer however is a refresher so delegates should be already aware, some were not aware. All questions answered well. Topics covered well. Trainer presented aspects of the course well, kept people engaged. Thank you.
