Very knowledgeable enjoyed

Trainer was very good. It would have been better if HS-Group had supplied training handbooks as in they have done on the last 12 years as some candidates retain information better when taking notes. The Management of Aggression video needs updating. As a certified PMVA tutor myself, I noticed that some of the techniques on the powerpoint are long outdated. But thank you.
