Paul was brilliant!

The training was informative, bringing updated guidelines, information and practices in Manual handling. The trainer was engaging and charismatic.

Everything went well, it was an educative classroom training I enjoyed it.

Time was limited for all practical sessions. Could not do it on detail

As an administrator who was booked onto this by my employer, this had zero relatabiliy to the job im in. If I was medically qualified, this may have been useful. However, the trainer was focused more on the Law side of the training rather than the practical aspects (as per his background) and was mildly homophobic when explaining how he didnt feel that Sexual Orientation should be a protected characteristic and that it shouldn't be there, along with mildly transphobic when explaining sex and gender reassignment. From this alone, I felt uncomfortable and slightly unsafe in his presence.
